Plan Summary: Level Wahlberg prospects the toss of "Contraband," a fast-paced thriller about a man trying to remain out of a community he proved helpful so challenging to depart behind and the loved ones he can do anything to secure. Set in New Orleans, the movie looks at the competitive undercover community of worldwide smuggling -- complete of anxious thieves and infected authorities, high-stakes and big benefits -- where commitment seldom prevails and loss of daily life is one incorrect convert away.
Chris Farraday (Wahlberg) extensive ago empty his daily life of legal activity, but after his brother-in-law, Andrew (Caleb Landry Jones), botches a pharmaceutical package for his questionable leader, Tim Briggs (Giovanni Ribisi), Bob is required back into doing what he does best--running contraband--to negotiate Andy's debts. Bob is a famous smuggler and easily assembles a team with the help of his best buddy, Sebastian (Ben Foster), to go to Little and come back with large numbers in fake charges.
Things easily slip apart and with only time to arrive at the money, Bob must use his rustic expertise to efficiently get around a dangerous legal system of intense pharmaceutical lords, officers and hit men before his spouse, Kate (Kate Beckinsale), and kids become their focus on.
